In order to preserve the future of Islam, the efforts must start with the youth. MSI Masjid’s After School Maktab aims to produce practicing religious conscious Muslims, by providing a wholesome education to the youth of our community. In the After-school program is divided into two parts. In the first part, the students learn the correct recitation of the Qur’an with proper tajwid. In the second part, they learn the essentials of Islam, giving them a firm foundation in faith. By having class four days a week, the children are exposed to Islamic teachings throughout the week.
